Miniatures including handmade pillows and custom made accessories. All items are best suited to 1:12 scale. All fabrics used in my miniatures are from a smoke free home. There is a feisty feline in the house, but he is not allowed access to any fabrics, much to his dismay.
I will combine any online show items with etsy orders to save shipping costs. Please place your orders for my etsy items on etsy. One settee, one table, four side chairs, two armchairs. Slightly large for 1/12 scale. Made of metal and plastic rattan. A few imperfections but very good for its age. From the 1950s.

Baxter Pointe Villa - $900
Baxter Pointe Villa is a OOAK award-winning, modern miniature vacation home created by me, Brae Oktober of otterine's miniatures. I am making room for more builds and have decided to part with it. I am hoping to find someone who will love it as much as I have. This is a rare opportunity to own one of my houses since I don't plan to sell very many. The house has been displayed in a smoke free, cat friendly home and is in very good condition. Some wallpaper has lifted slightly over the years, but it is minimal.
Due to the delicate porch railings and wind turbine, this house cannot be shipped. I am in the Chicago area, so please contact me for pick up arrangements. If you plan to be in the Chicago area for the miniature shows, we can discuss meeting up. This house is for the adult collector and not a toy for children. Full details and additional photos upon request.
